This seminar also introduces you to the Patent Valuation Gauntlet (PVG). Negotiating Licensing Agreements for Maximum Returns: You can gain (or lose) as much value by negotiating licensing agreements over a three month period as you can make during thirty years of intense research. This session is designed to enable you to maximize the value from your licensing agreements. You will learn when to use — and how to negotiate and structure

Advanced Patent Valuation: Tremendous value can be gained (or squandered) through the drafting of patents. The value of a promising technology can be nullified through sloppy claims construction.

Calculating Damages Resulting from Patent Infringement: Numerous judicial rulings and the proliferation of non-practicing entities threatens patent value.
